Johnsburg Central School District Tax Warrant opens on September 1, 2026, and expires at midnight on October 30, 2026. Taxes that remain unpaid after 10/30/2026 (POSTMARK) are turned over to Warren County (1340 State Route 9, Lake George, NY 12845 ) and will appear on your January Town & County Tax bill, including additional penalties. Tax Payment Information

 Payment by Check, Money Order or Bank Check

  • Make payable to: Amanda L. May, Tax Collector.
  • Mail to: Amanda L. May  Tax Collector, 165 Main Street, North Creek, NY 12853
  • Please write a phone number on your check so if there are any issues, the Tax Collector can call and try to correct them promptly with you. 
  • To obtain a receipt, please select the Receipt box. 

Pay Online (E-Check/Credit Card)
JCSD accepts E-checks and credit card payments for school tax bills, using the online payment service MuniciPay.

  • Go to Info Tax Online and select Johnsburg CSD from the list of school districts.  Locate your tax bill(s) by entering only one form of information such as the bill number or property owner's last name (leave all other fields blank). Once you locate the Tax Bill, scroll to the bottom of the page, click the "Pay" tab on the lower left, and follow the directions given by MuniciPay to make payment.
  • E-checks and credit card payments are available online only and are not available by phone.
  • E-check payments require your 9-digit routing number and your checking account number. *Please note:  Taxpayers are responsible for any fees associated with using the online payment service.  Fees are collected by MuniciPay ($1.50 per transaction)
  • Credit/Debit Card payments will be approved or declined immediately and will incur a transaction fee.

IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

  • Payment due without penalty 9/01/2026 thru 09/30/2026 (POSTMARK)
  • Payment due with 2% penalty 10/01/2026 thru 10/30/2026 (POSTMARK)
