2019-2020 Goals:

1.  Prepare a budget that will provide resources to meet State requirements and to provide
    opportunities for all students.
         a).   The board will conduct budget workshops as needed.
2.  To continue a close relationship with the town and research the possibilities of shared services.
3.  Research and create a legal method of having  people leave endorsements and endowments to the school.
         a).  Research the possibility of participating in grants through the True North consortium. 
4. Evaluate the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) (Free Lunch Program)
