2012-2013 Goals:

1.  Prepare a budget that will provide resources to meet new State requirements and to provide opportunities for all students. 

 a. The Board will conduct budget workshops that will be held in open session.
 b. To prepare and negotiate the administrative contract.
 c. To create and implement an exit survey at the budget vote.

2.  To conserve budget resources through enhanced technology with the school community. ie: Distance Learning Lab.

3.  To research shared services with both the town and other school districts.
