Dear Families,

The district has finished our contact tracing for the positive case that we learned about on January 7, 2021.  We have contacted everyone that needs to be quarantined and have done a deep cleaning of the areas needed.  Therefore, we will have regular school on Monday, January 11.

Please note that the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and other privacy laws restrict us from disclosing or confirming any personally identifiable information. We cannot identify anyone who has tested positive.

The district continues to thoroughly cleans and disinfects the building in accordance with guidance from the New York State Department of Health and the CDC.

The district will reopen for in-person instruction on Monday, January 11. We continue to work closely with Warren County Public Health and follow their guidance on how to maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.

Please contact Mrs. Flanagan or me directly if you would like more information about our health and safety procedures. Any additional questions, including information about testing procedures, can be directed to Warren County Public Health at (518) 761-6580.

Sincerely,

Michael J. Markwica

Superintendent of Schools
